In case you receive this type of emails, just ignore it (or fwd the email to spoof@paypal.com) and/or delete it... before anyone steal your info (e.g personal data, cr card#, etc), or worst, transfer money from your paypal a/c to their own a/c.
At first glance it looks like the real PayPal emails complete with logo etc., but the sender's email was paypal@admin.com which is obviously not Paypal's official address. If you click on the link it will redirect you to a fraudulent website.
For more info or to report fraudulent activity go to https://www.paypal.com/us/ewf/f=pps_spf or email spoof@paypal.com
Be alert & BE on the safe side (with money in your a/c)!
